Overview

At Decorcology.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a return or refund. This policy is applicable to purchases made from the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and EU countries.

Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return, except for customers in the EU, who have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note, items marked as final sale or purchased with a gift card are not eligible for returns. Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are also non-returnable.

Refund Policy

USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

EU countries:

  • In compliance with the Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at refund@decorcology.com.

Gift Returns

If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If the item wasn’t a direct gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.

International Customers

  • Customers from outside the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and EU countries should check local laws regarding returns and refunds.
  • Return shipping costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
